By using Fetchr (fetchr.cc), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Fetchr is a free online tool that facilitates downloading publicly accessible video content from third-party platforms. We provide the technical infrastructure; you are responsible for how you use it.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fetchr only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Download videos for redistribution, re-upload, or commercial use without the copyright holder's permission
• Use Fetchr to download content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent technical measures that restrict access to content (e.g., DRM, geoblocking)
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to make bulk requests to Fetchr
• Use Fetchr for any illegal purpose under applicable law

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Fetchr does not host, cache, or permanently store any video content. All videos are downloaded from third-party platforms and made temporarily available (for 30 minutes) for your personal download. Fetchr does not claim any ownership over downloaded content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded content complies with copyright law in your jurisdiction. Downloading videos for personal, offline viewing of content you are authorized to access is generally considered acceptable. Redistributing, monetizing, or re-uploading content you do not own is a copyright violation.

4. No Warranty

Fetchr is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every platform. Video platforms frequently change their APIs; downloads may fail as a result.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetchr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Fetchr interacts with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to retrieve videos. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these platforms. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Fetchr at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last changed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of Fetchr will be handled in the jurisdiction where the service operates.
